Pipeline

As a part of strategic delivery plans, Do Good 4-1 targets populations which lack the resources to have similar high exposures to STEAM within their school and home environments. Black and Hispanic workers remain underrepresented within the STEM workforce. Do Good 4-1 believes that earlier exposure can be the catalyst that opens up the interests and the pipeline into this lucrative industry. We believe that a strong and sustainable community depends on the success and well-being of its children.

Over the past two years, our programs have served over 300 youth giving them access to real world STEM classes. STEAM learning stimulates innovation, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, resulting in a well-rounded, multi-faceted child. It encourages children to think about what they're learning in a more connected, holistic way. Through STEAM, children develop the skills and attribute to navigate the world around them. We’ve become an important asset in our community, and with your help, we hope to continue to serve at-risk and underprivileged youth for decades to come.
